PERSONAL STATEMENT

He was born in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Graduated from Istanbul Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Interior Architecture in 2007. After completing his education, he became one of the founding partners of DeNN Design in 2007, after listening to experiences in offices such as Inart, BT Architecture, and Creative Architecture. and laid the foundations for his design and construction career.
He continued to explore and shape the boundaries of design as one of the founding partners of Paratoner Design in 2009.
Between 2012 and 2015, he worked as an Interior Architect at Teamfores Architecture in Istanbul, Turkey, and was at the center of innovation and management of complex projects, where he played roles such as project management, team leadership, and customer relations. During this period, he achieved successful completion at the targeted budget and quality at many different times.
He started living in Ancaster, ON - Canada in November 2016. He continued his innovation journey by establishing MO (MuratÖzbay) Design Studio. The studio offered the opportunity to both express their unique vision and collaborate with other professional design and architecture firms. Produce high-quality production through collaboration and are ready to push boundaries in any period.
In 2018, sharpened communication skills by completing the English for Academic Purpose program at Mohawk College in Ontario, Canada.
Continuing their quest for knowledge, in 2023, graduated from Sheridan College's Architectural Technology program with an advanced diploma.

 

“As a designer, I focus on perceiving the world without prejudgments. I see design as the art of distinguishing between-and communicating about- different elements. Space design is a process of establishing excellent ties between multiple data sources and emotions about living spaces in order to meet the defined requirements with optimum solutions. The pureness and simplicity level of the ties established determines the power and uniqueness of the final product, resulting in products featuring appealing, practical, comfortable aspects and harmonious from incorporating new materials and the last technology. My ultimate goal is to produce strong, collective solutions on a universal scale, integrated with the flow of life and featuring quality and quantity aspects independent from a certain period and movement.”
