SITE PLAN ANALYSIS

The project contains the restoration of an existing building in Birkerod, Denmark, and the design of a new
building in its location. The objective is to ensure that two structures, one old and one new, are perfectly
integrated into the one, fulfill the defined functions, and can be perfectly worked. The existing building is
an building formerly used as a post-office. It has a parking area on the south front and a land on the north
section that is not used but suitable for construction.

KITCHEN
DESIGN

The new building (B-5 Villa) maximizes location and nature views, replacing an old narrow house. The kitchen embodies the home concept, focusing on space utilization, sunlight, seamless connection to living areas, and modern fixtures and furniture preferences.

BUILDING DIAGRAM

This diagram provides a close-up view of Artscape's multi-purpose building. The building stands out with its mixed-use features, and this drawing elaborates on the building's various floors and functions. From the art gallery on the ground floor to the artist studios on the first floor, and the residential areas on the upper floors, this diagram highlights the circulation pathways within the building and its structural axes. Additionally, green features such as the green roof and green balconies on different levels are clearly visible. The fourth floor accommodates offices and meeting rooms, catering to the business aspect of the building, reflecting its versatile use. This design effectively blends aesthetics with functionality, while providing a comprehensive view of the building's attributes.

STFA HOLDING

STFA Holding General Headquarters is designed for the 16th and 17th floors of the company's headquarters building in the Bostancı district of Istanbul. The 16th floor is equipped with offices, meeting rooms, and assistant rooms for STFA's top executives and the Board of Directors. The 17th floor is designed as a large meeting and lounge area, complete with a spacious terrace. The design incorporates elements such as quality concrete surfaces, metal mesh textures, solid wood details, and structural ceiling design in harmony with the company's corporate identity. This effort is made to reflect STFA Holding's history and sustainability vision. In this regard, the design aims to create a space that embodies the company's values.

The "D" BUILDING

TAPER
CHAIR

The Taper chair is a design created exclusively for Istanbul Design Week in 2010. Crafted from solid wood, this chair suspends its seating within a sturdy rectangular frame. The use of varying thicknesses of solid wood achieves a design that focuses on simplicity and efficiency, with the goal of providing maximum comfort with minimal form and curves. Additionally, the chair is complemented with a leather seat available in various colors. The Taper chair delivers an elegant design that combines functionality with visual appeal, making it a striking addition to modern interiors.

ACARKENT
VILLA

B-5 Villa, located in Istanbul's central Beykoz area, is a three-story restoration and interior architectural residential project. Seismic considerations led to rigorous structural reinforcement. The design concept, guided by user needs, energy efficiency, and site features, provides cohesive spaces. The ground level encompasses living areas, the kitchen, and gardens, with an underground floor for technical facilities. Extensive windows maximize natural light. Transparency and functionality drive the design transformation, aiming to rejuvenate the old structure.

DEM
SOFA

Dem Sofa was designed in 2009 for a furniture design competition sponsored by Burotime and hosted by Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, where it earned the first prize from the jury. Taking inspiration from the traditional 'V' shape of seating, Dem Sofa embodies a sculptural quality thanks to its sturdy and rigid surface. The ultimate goal of Dem Sofa was to cater to the needs of the modern world without compromising on style. Available in single, double, and triple versions, it effortlessly fits into various interior spaces of different scales. With its clean and functional design language, a wide range of color options, and versatile versions, Dem Sofa has become a favored choice in both living and workspace environments.

ELEVATIONS OF
ARTSCAPE

The striking façade design of the Artscape building, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, presents an aesthetic where dynamic and delicate lines converge skillfully. The upper floors are cleverly positioned to taper backward, optimizing the structure's environmental perception amidst the bustling traffic of Queen St West, embodying an eco-conscious approach.

BUROTIME ISTANBUL

The Bürotime Istanbul Central Office is a project situated in the prestigious Altunizade district of Istanbul. Completed in 2012, this building is strategically located in an area that serves as the headquarters for numerous major companies. The project involved the reinforcement and restoration of the existing structure, resulting in an interior design spanning 3,000 square meters. The central office of Bürotime, one of Turkey's leading office furniture manufacturers, stands out not only for its interior design but also for its innovative approach to its exterior facade.

TURKCELL HOLDING

Turkcell Tepebaşı Plaza Management Floor project stands out as an interior design carried out in Turkey in 2014. In the professional project undertaken by Team Fores Architecture, services were provided in design, team leadership, project management and budgeting. Carefully considered every detail during the redesign of Turkcell's interiors and played an active role in all stages of the project. This experience enabled to gain superior experience in space establishment, efficiency, building inspection and strengthening works, ensuring architectural project coordination, time management, and high quality compact space design.

ENTRANCE

The entrance lobby of the DRD project includes a large area of approximately 70 square meters covered with natural stone. In this special area, the welcome counter was specially produced with solid wood and stone materials. Design lighting products on the surface of the welcome counter and linear lighting integrated into the ceiling contribute to the space gaining a dynamic and impressive atmosphere.

OFFICE

The FA Office Project is a prestigious office project located at Istanbul's Zorlu Center. In this project, services such as design leadership, project management, and implementation control were provided within the Team Fores Architecture. FA Office aims for the most efficient use of space with its compact design, playing a crucial role in the success of this large-scale project.

DRD
FLEET
LEASING

The DRD Fleet Leasing Headquarters, located in Istanbul, is a project spanning a total closed area of 5,000 square meters, completed in two phases in 2013 and 2015. This endeavor was the result of a collaborative effort with Team Fores Architecture Office, where responsibilities encompassed a diverse range of tasks, including design, team leadership, project management, and budget oversight. The active involvement extended to technical aspects of the project, such as the creation of all 2D and 3D drawings, as well as the development and management of architectural application processes.

MEETING ROOM

The design of the meeting rooms for Sabancı Holding was developed for the Sabancı Towers in Levent, one of the busiest neighborhoods in Istanbul. In this project, various tasks such as design, team leadership, project management, and budget management were undertaken in cooperation with Team Fores Architecture Office. At the same time, an active role was taken in the technical works of the project, such as the preparation of all 2D and 3D drawings and application projects and management of architectural application processes.

VALET STAND

Crafted using the artistry of precision sheet metal technique, the product’s seamless form flows elegantly with an uninterrupted, consistent thickness. Its contours unveil distinctive vistas from various perspectives. Adorned with a captivating two-tone epoxy texture, promising enduring durability and enduring allure. Versatile, it effortlessly graces both home and office spaces. Swift and straightforward assembly adds to its charm.

BUROTIME ANKARA

Burotime Ankara Headquarters, with a total area of 7,500 square meters, is a project that follows the successful concept of the central showroom building completed in Istanbul. After approximately a year of feasibility studies and strengthening projects, this large-scale project was realized in 2016, located in close proximity to Ankara's Kızılay district, a significant area in the city. The project involved the reinforcement and detailed interior design of the existing building. Primarily designed as a showroom project, Burotime Ankara Headquarters is intended for customer visits and as a space for Burotime authorized dealers to organize meetings. The project spans three floors, a basement level, and a parking floor, totaling five levels in the building

FLOOR RECEPTION

The reception area designed for the Burotime project offers specially designed reception areas on each floor and inviting areas where different product concepts and styles are exhibited. Products in different colors and combinations are exhibited on each floor, and the interior is designed in pastel tones to make the products stand out. Additionally, each floor features unique graphic elements, solid wood wall coverings, modern linear lighting, open coffered ceilings and the use of plasterboard ceilings, creating a dynamic atmosphere in the space and facilitating product display. The lighting was designed as a concept to provide special lighting for product display areas. This design allows Burotime to easily adapt to space when changing product collections.

VENUE

KITCHEN

For avid cooks, especially professionals, an efficient kitchen layout is crucial. The Venue Kitchen is a versatile all-in-one solution, sparing the hassle of planning and investing in individual appliances. It adjusts to your needs, scaling both vertically and horizontally. B-52 VILLA

The B52 Project, situated in Acarkent, Istanbul, is a remarkable renovation, reinforcement, and interior architecture design venture. This project stands out on a spacious site, providing compact solutions for various needs, including a pool, gazebo, storage areas, indoor parking, sauna, entertainment spaces, hobby areas, and an examination room. The project's comprehensive approach to meeting diverse requirements makes it a significant and versatile development in its location.

STORAGE

Storage is a versatile storage and seating unit designed to combine functionality and elegance. It features open shelves and cabinets to keep your contents organized and easily accessible. It's an ideal solution for storing necessary equipment for video conferences, as well as various items like games, books, and catalogs.
